These terms govern your use of the OrcaScore website and mobile app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
What the Service is
OrcaScore is an information platform offering football statistics, live scores and probability estimates produced by statistical models and AI.
OrcaScore is not a betting site: it does not accept or broker bets and does not process deposits or withdrawals.
Age requirement
The Service is intended only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you are over 18; accounts found to breach this may be closed.
Nature of predictions
The probabilities, confidence scores and recommendations shown are statistical estimates based on historical data; they carry no certainty or guarantee of winnings and are not investment, betting or financial advice.
Any decision you make based on the Service is your own responsibility. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Account and security
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential; we recommend enabling two-step verification.
- Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
Prohibited use
- Scraping the Service with automated tools, bulk data extraction or causing excessive load
- Attempting to bypass security measures, gain unauthorised access or reverse engineer the Service
- Using the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights
Intellectual property
The Service's design, software, models and original content belong to OrcaScore or its licensors. Football data is licensed from third-party data providers.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for delays or errors caused by data providers or for losses arising from actions based on predictions.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will announce material changes through the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
